Should I heed imaginary warnings?
When I stand to leave red flags turn green, the signs are gone
Someone flips my reset switch without my consent each morning
As the hours pass all over again I begin to suspect that it's all wrong
You tell me it's my mental health or hormones
I see a gaslight flicker on and off and on
I bet you'll say I'm crazy, dramatic or plain dumb
Better believe I'd rather leave than never come
In some far land men learn the proper way to please a woman
That's not how their raised where I'm from
You keep it p in v , no touchy feeling and oh so sterile
Are you my Obgyn? A poke a prod, and then you're done
You tell me it's my mental health or hormones
I see a gaslight flicker on and off and on
I bet you'll say I'm crazy, dramatic or plain dumb
Better believe I'd rather leave than never come

This is some throwback stuff that your grandmother would have listened to in the mid 60s while necking in the back seat of a Bel air at make out point. This young lady's voice is fantastic, the music is pop perfection and they fit perfectly with Matt Rendon's style of production.Beautiful stuff. fungicide
